I’m Ifat Lahyani, the founder, heart, and hands behind Koriela.
With over 15 years of professional experience in culinary arts, I have catered hundreds of events, taught culinary and pastry workshops, and shared my passion for authentic, handcrafted cuisine in both Israel and Cincinnati.
As a former student of master pastry chef Hans Bartla and a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, I blend classical techniques with traditional flavors to craft high-quality, memorable dishes.
